Mischa Barton Sentenced to three years probation for DUI
Mischa Barton’s lawyer today entered a plea of no competition in her DUI caseful.
The 22-year-old actress did not wait on the hearing — which was held in a Beverly Hills courthouse.
Barton — famous for her theatrical role as Marissa James Fenimore Cooper in American language television receiver series The O.C. — was put on trey years’ probation, ordered to attend a three-month alcohol teaching programme and fined $1,652.
As section of her plea, the cannabis sativa possession charges were dropped.
